This Loribaft carpet - Persian belongs to group of fine carpets and is the high-end variant of Gabbeh carpets due to its elaborate and denser weave. Loribafts require 4 to 6 times longer manufacturing time than normal Gabbeh carpets. The tightly twisted, hand-spun virgin wool gives the rug its luster and liveliness. These specimens are very soft, cozy and extremely durable. The patterning of loribafts is often subtle, decorated with simple ornaments, which makes them timeless and versatile in different styles of interior design.
