Our service team repairs rugs of all types. This includes short-pile and high-pile rugs, wool and silk rugs, bamboo and sisal rugs, as well as rugs made from synthetic fibres. Small and large repairs, as well as fringe and edge renewals, are carried out quickly and professionally so that your rug looks as good as new in no time.
Rug repair made easy
If your rug needs to be repaired, please send us a photo of the affected area by email to mail@morgenland-teppiche.de. We will process your enquiry promptly and send you a no-obligation quote. After your confirmation, we will arrange for our shipping partner to collect the rug from you. Once the repair is complete, we will send it safely back to you. Our repair service is available throughout Germany and across Europe.
Regional collection service
Within a 50 km radius, we offer a free collection service directly from your home. After the repair, we will deliver your rug back to your address free of charge.
Your rug is in the best hands with us
Across Germany, we arrange the collection of your rug via a shipping partner directly from your location. After placing your order, you will receive instructions on how to package your rug safely. A flat fee of €19.90 is charged for collection and return shipping. This service is available throughout Germany and, upon request, internationally.
